Fast, dependable nationwide footwear delivery with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM PKT.
- Footwear orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT on business days are dispatched the same day from our central Lahore fulfilment hub.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT, or on Sundays and national gazetted holidays, are dispatched the following business day.
- You will receive an automatic tracking code via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your shoes leave our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Lahore: 1 to 2 business days.
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala): 2 to 3 business days.
- Other cities and tehsils: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote or far-flung locations (e.g. interior Sindh, Balochistan districts, Gilgit-Baltistan): 4 to 6 business days.
- Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Trax, Call Courier).
Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
- FREE Nationwide Doorstep Delivery on all orders of Rs. 4,000 and above.
- For orders below Rs. 4,000, a flat nominal delivery charge of Rs. 250 is applied at checkout.
- No hidden fuel surcharges or surprise handling fees at your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection
- Cash on Delivery is available across 200+ cities throughout Pakistan.
- Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery rider to facilitate swift handover.
- Our 14-Day Size Exchange Guarantee ensures that if the shoes do not fit, we swap them door-to-door without fuss.
Delivery Accuracy & Tracking
- Please ensure your mobile number and street address are fully accurate when completing checkout. The courier rider will call before arriving.
- If you need to change your delivery address or contact number, contact our WhatsApp support immediately before dispatch.
